What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. The buyer pays for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee is applied. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned product. Damaged or defective items can be returned for evaluation. Certain items cannot be returned, and sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. We do not offer exchanges, but customers can return an item and make a separate purchase. Cancelling an order is possible within 12 hours of placing it, but processing fees may apply.
What are your shipping details & locations do you ship to?

We ship out packages every day except Sunday and National Holidays. If you order after 5 pm Eastern Time on Mondays-Saturday your package will be shipped the following day. Orders can take up to 1 to 2 days to processing time depending on business volume. Currently, we ship anywhere in the World. If you have issues with shipping let us know.

We have never had a customer complain that the product does not work. The only complaint we get (although uncommon) from a few people is that the product took longer than expected.
